The Vauxhall Lotus Carlton is a legendary British high-performance saloon based on the Vauxhall Carlton, engineered by Lotus to rival supercars of its era. Powered by a Lotus-tuned 3.6 L twin-turbo inline-six with around 377 hp and a six-speed manual, it could achieve circa 176 mph, making it one of the fastest four-door production cars of its time. Limited production and striking performance have made it a highly sought classic.

Originally registered in February 1991 this pre-facelift example of the legendary car presents in good condition throughout. It is easy to see from the condition and well documented history that accompanies this handsome car that it has been well looked after. The paperwork incudes an original build sheet, service history and various bills and receipts. This example has also benefitted from a new headlining, work to the air conditioning system and ceramic coating.
