Jaguar E-type Lightweight project. New aluminum bodywork, completely replicating the original. Unique history and craftsmanship combined. This bodywork is complete with bucket seats, an aluminium fuel tank, and a hardtop. A valid registration (1965) is available for this project. The Jaguar E-Type Lightweight was introduced in the early 1960s as a more performance-oriented version of the standard E-Type. Originally, Jaguar planned to produce 18 units of this model, but only 12 were completed between 1963 and 1964 due to various production constraints. The Lightweight was designed to compete in racing, leveraging the success of the earlier Jaguar D-Type, which had won the 24 Hours of Le Mans multiple times. This project is indeed all complete that a driving E-type can be built according to your own wishes and specifications. We speak Dutch, English , German and French. Transport to your door is possible. We have our own workshop facility with 30 years experience with classic cars.
