Humber were one of the pioneering motorcycle manufacturers, starting at the very end of the 1800s and in business until 1929 when the company focused on car production Starting with tricycle-styled machines and using secondary engines from the likes of De Dion Bouton and Minerva By the end of 1910, Humber were producing their own side and overhead-valve motorbikes in various capacities This example was more than likely built in late 1929 or early 1930 and not registered until 1931 Older restoration and presented in good overall condition An old RF60 from 1949 included in the history file shows the bike was registered in Warwick and had numerous owners based in the West Midlands Appears to have slipped off the DVLA records in the 1950s/60s Verified by Classic Archives in 1990 and registered back on its original registration in the same year with the same owner since Complete with some reprint manuals, old RF60 buff log book, old MOT, some DVLA correspondence and dating letter Not used for last year or so and may need some recommissioning before road use UK-registered on a current V5C
